A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant’s employees working at the marketing team of the E hotel casino operated from September 1, 2007 to November 15, 2016, the victim “D” (hereinafter “victim”) in C (hereinafter “the victim company”) (hereinafter “the victim company”) made a new customer development, customer maintenance, cost settlement and credit “credit” means lending a casino operator to customers with chips on condition that the customer participate in the game (Article 3 subparag. 2 of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Casino Business Rules).
