The punishment of the accused shall be determined by one year and six months.

The defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 2016, the Defendant taken pictures against his will of the victims, who could cause sexual humiliation or shameing using a mobile phone camera during a total of four times, as shown in Appendix I, from around that time to December 12 of the same year, in a single telecom with which the trade name in the C neighborhood located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, is unknown. A sexual intercourse with a victim whose name is unknown, and a sexual intercourse with the Defendant’s mobile phone was taken.

2. Around October 21, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Limera, etc.”) and Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. (hereinafter “Act”) committed an act of openly displaying the images of victims who may cause sexual humiliation or shame on four occasions in total as shown in the attached Table II from the day of the crime to the 18th day of the same month, and simultaneously displaying obscene images via information and communications networks at the Defendant’s house located in D apartment Emba in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City by accessing “G” to the “F,” a site for sharing Internet obscene materials, and openly displaying obscene images via an information and communications network.
