When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 1, 2014, from around 22:00 to the next day 0:20 on January 1, 2014, the Defendants used 52 card from the warehouse building located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, to set up a card in accordance with the number and pattern of figures, and 2,000 won for passengers, 2,000 won for passengers, 2,000 won for passengers, and 3,000 won for passengers, and 4 others called “hulule” over about 20 times.
