Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of B rocketing another car.

On October 6, 2014, at around 09:30, the Defendant driven the said car from the parking lot of the Gwangju Airport located in the New Village of Gwangju to about 1km from about 0.074% of alcohol level to about 72-10 of the same Gu private car from the parking lot of the Gwangju Airport located in the New Village of Gwangju to about 1km.
