Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, “2018 Highest 2494, the 2018 Highest 2494,” knowing that the victim C, the owner of Pocheon-si B (hereinafter referred to as “the instant land”) intended to sell and purchase the instant land, and intended to acquire investment funds by proposing development activities.

For E to which he became aware, he/she conspiredd to take over investment funds under the pretext of selling them after obtaining permission for factory site with regard to this land, stating that “I amba, like, once a day, punishment will be reduced, I will obtain permission for factory site, and will want to make an investment in selling them in lots.”
