A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On July 2014, the Defendant administered 0.05g of approximately 0.1g of approximately 0.05g of 0.05 grams, a psychotropic drug, a psychotropic drug cut from D, which was parked on the road in front of the Crent located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul, by the Defendant’s vehicle located in front of the Crent on July 21, 2014.

4. On July 2014, the Defendant: (a) administered approximately 0.05g of clophonephones received from the Defendant, as described in paragraph (3), in a clouse car, which was stopped on the front of the F apartment in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, by a means of drinking water, in the clouse of clophones, as described in paragraph (3).

5. On August 9, 2014, the Defendant received and accepted phiphones from E, free of charge, around August 20, 2014, around August 9, 2014, at around 20:00, around the roads near the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Guldong (Seoul), about 0.05 gramphones.

6. On August 9, 2014, around August 22, 2014, the Defendant administered 0.05 galphon medication by means of driving 0.05 galphon, as described in paragraph (5), within the aforementioned car rental car, in which the Defendant was stopped on the north coast of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western-gu Seoul, Seoul, around August 9, 2014.
