Reasons
Punishment of the crime
“D” in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from February 24, 2015 to February 25, 2015, the Defendant worked as an employee of the entertainment tavern.
1. Around 23:40 on February 25, 2015, the Defendant, at the above main point, released KRW 100,000 from the cash withdrawal machine installed within the G convenience store of F 1:41 on the same day, at around 23:44 on the same day, at the cash withdrawal machine located within the city of Incheon, 30,000 won, and around 23:44 on the same day, withdrawn KRW 1,00,00 from the cash withdrawal machine located within the city of Incheon, with the cash withdrawal machine located within the central branch of the Korean Enterprise Bank Gangseo-dong, 656-54 on the same day without returning the said check card and the cash withdrawn without returning it to the victim, and used it at will at around that time in the city of Incheon.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.
2. On February 25, 2015, the Defendant, like in the preceding paragraph, withdrawn KRW 400,000 from E by means of a new bank’s e-mail card under his/her name, and then putting the above e-mail card into a cash withdrawal machine managed by a victim company bank established in the above bank and withdrawn KRW 1,90,000,000 in excess of the amount delegated twice in total.
Accordingly, the defendant obtained the above 1.9 million won property benefits by inputting information without authority and making the information processed.

1. The Defendant, around May 24, 2013, in “I” located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, refers to “A” by the victim J’s staff K to have a person to purchase a vehicle with MWz C200, and want to have an accident at a premium. As it is to purchase a vehicle, the Defendant would pay to N, the owner of the vehicle if he transfers a loan with a medium-sized and medium-sized discount to the account in which the vehicle is located.”
