Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who cooks and sells beef to a de facto operator of a restaurant "C" located in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, the Defendant shall not make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion with it.

From February 13, 2012 to March 5, 2013, the Defendant purchased at KRW 129.59kg and KRW 45.4kg per kg of Australian beef and 17 times from Daejeon-dong-gu D and 110 E, and made a false indication of the origin on the promotional bulletin board, while selling them by using the raw water of the Republic of Korea, Pyeong-gu, Pyeonghae-gu, and C, 110, and 45.4kg per kg of Australia, and making the raw water at a cooking room for the same period.

In addition, through eight times from the same company, the United States U.S. P. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. 49.5kg kg 9,500 to 9,600 kg, and prepared and sold it, and the country of origin of S. S. on the bulletin board was falsely indicated on Australia.
