Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 9, 2014, at around 07:30, the Defendant driven a BluxG car on a section of about 500 meters of alcohol content from the 500-meter radius to the roads located in the Seogu Seo-gu, Seogu, Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu., under the influence of alcohol content of 0.199%.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a B franchise XG car;
On March 9, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.19% of blood alcohol concentration on March 9, 2014, operated the said franchise XG car, and continued the roads in front of the sub-market located in the Seo-gu Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, with the flat-ri-ri distance outflow from the him-ri distance flood.
