Punishment of the crime

1. 피해자 B에 대한 범행 피고인은 2020. 3. 23. 23:00경 서울 송파구 C에 있는 D 여자탈의실에 이르러 재물을 절취할 목적으로 위 탈의실 출입문에 설치된 지문인식기에 자신의 지문을 인식시켜 출입문을 열고 위 탈의실로 들어가 침입한 후, 피해자 B이 사용하는 891번 라커함의 자물쇠 비밀번호를 눌러 라커문을 열고, 그 안에 있던 피해자 소유의 시가 50,000원 상당의 방역마스크 12개, 시가 20,000원 상당의 빨간색 백팩 1개, 시가 10,000원 상당의 노란색 사각형 숄더백 1개, 시가 미상의 베스트 E 훈장 1개, 시가 7,900원 상당의 코랩퍼퓸 드라이 샴푸 1개, 시가 10,000원 상당의 바디판타지 바디미스트 향수 1개, 시가 20,000원 상당의 머리핀 3개, 시가 7,000원 상당의 헤어밴드 1개, 시가 미상의 스타킹 수개, 현금 15,000원, 시가 미상의 D 캐릭터인 F 얼굴이 그려져 있는 D 손잡이 대봉투 1개를 꺼내어 가져갔다.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. On March 30, 2020, the Defendant: (a) entered the place indicated in paragraph (1) at around 23:00; (b) in the same manner as described in paragraph (1); (c) entered the said female-sloping room; (d) opened a door door by dividing the 1143 locks number used by the victim G; and (e) opened a door door by dividing the 15,000 won of the market price owned by the victim; and (b) removed one CASIO clock in the market price of KRW 20,000, and one CASIO clock and head-fin number in the market.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.
