A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2016, the Defendant invadedd the victim C’s house at around 22:30 on May 25, 2016, through the front door opened at the victim C’s house at around 22:2,00 won, and then filled the victim’s house at around 8,000 won, and then filled the victim’s house at around 50,000 won of the market price owned by the victim of sexual harassment and west, one Jin Ha Ha Ha Ha, the market price of which is equivalent to 20,000 won of the market price, one Mb Ha Y at around 20,00 won of the market price, one head fin, the market price of which is equivalent to 8,000 won of the market price, three finites on the market price, three fins on the market price, one find on the shape of clothing and food on the market price, and two finites of the market price.
