Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

C On November 3, 2013, 2013, 100,000 won Check 333 (3,300,000 won) which was stolen from E in the Dagjin-si Dagjin-si Do, was known that it was stolen, and acquired stolen goods upon request of the francing delivery, knowing that it was stolen.

Since then, at around 21:00 on November 3, 2013, the Defendant and G knowingly accepted the proposal that C will make a part of 30,000 won check, which was acquired by C with stolen goods as above, from the station opened in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and while G would make a shift by depositing 10,000 won check into a new bank in its name, G would make a deposit into the new bank passbook in cash and withdraw 10,000 won check from C, but did not withdraw it on the ground that it was a check for other hand.

After all, the Defendant and G re-exploited 20 copies of the remaining checks from C, and around November 3, 2013, around 21:00-24:00 to 24:00, the Defendant and G 1,800 won in cash, francing the amount of approximately 1,80,000 won in the vicinity of the Lighting Station and receiving tobacco in a lusing manner, and flusing it. Accordingly, the Defendant and G withdrawn 10 copies of the check deposited in the name of G in cash and then acquired 60,000 won in G, and Defendant A acquired 40,000 won in cash.
