1. The Defendants on April 17, 2010, as to shares of 1/8 of each building listed in the separate list of real estate attached to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. E’s death and inheritance relationship E (hereinafter “the deceased”) died on April 17, 2010, and was jointly inherited by the F (Plaintiff’s father) and four Defendants.

B. 1) On February 18, 2008, the Deceased’s Notarial Deed was prepared by a will (hereinafter “Notarial Deed”) at the request of the Deceased, and a copy of the original copy of the land attached at the time was attached on February 19, 2018, and F received the original copy of the Notarial Deed. 2) The main content of the Notarial Deed was as follows.

The deceased bequeathed to the donee the immovables listed in the attached list.

A donee: The real estate listed in the separate sheet to be bequeathed by the plaintiff testator shall be transferred under the name of the donee if the testator dies.

Executor: F (Divisions of Plaintiff) Schedule

1. 1/2 of the deceased’s share in the area of a substantial Gu of Cheongju-si 590.1 square meters;

2. 1/2 of the deceased’s share in the above-ground buildings, wooden straws, sports facilities, amusement facilities, and stores 58.38§³;

C. On the other hand, the notarial deed of this case includes a written confirmation prepared by the deceased on his own completion, and its main contents are as follows:
