Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A searched the Internet site of arranging sexual traffic to find out how to arrange sexual traffic, and then suggested that Defendant B's business of arranging sexual traffic was defective.

As a result, Defendant A: (a) leased seven rooms of 205, 212, 213, 214, 215, 313, and 312 of the C building with a total of KRW 11,00,000,000,000,000; and (b) Defendant B recruited and kept the same in the room; (c) kept the mixed sea, flood, diesel, etc.; and (d) recruited female sexual traffic through the Internet and a person without a name, and had such female reside in the leased room.

Defendants are playing on the Internet site (G) at a place where “one-hour service is provided.”

The phrase "(s) suggesting to engage in sexual traffic business" was prepared to advertise sexual traffic business for many and unspecified men, and purchased 2 mobilephones that can be exclusively exchanged between the above sexual traffic women and the sexual buyers.

The Defendants conspired, around 18:10 on June 7, 2013, to wait at the above D within the scope of 213 of the building C, which is located in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, to guide the above D to the above place to report the telephone number (I) of the referring to the telephone number on the advertisement of the said commercial sex arrangement site so that they can have sexual intercourse with their women, and in return, to receive cash equivalent to KRW 1.20,000,000 from April 15, 2013, and to include the income of KRW 40,000,000 as a brokerage fee, from around April 15, 2013.

6. Until July 1, 200, when the above D engages in sexual traffic, the said 40,000 won, and when the female in the Thailand is engaged in sexual traffic, the said 60,000 won was received as a brokerage fee, and the said 60,000 won was arranged for sexual traffic by arranging sexual traffic against five customers daily average during the above period, and by raising an income equivalent to 10,000 won in total
