Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, under the trade name of “C” in Busan-gu B Officetel 103, Busan-gu, the Defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment on the condition that 90,000 won, out of 130,000 won, paid to the said employee, and the Defendant would receive KRW 40,000,00,000, from the male grandchildren who found the place.
No one shall commit any act of arranging sexual traffic, etc.
Nevertheless, on August 20, 2014, the Defendant engaged in the act of arranging sexual intercourse with male customers by allowing the said employee to report the Internet advertisement in the above officetels and arranging to have sexual intercourses with the male customers without knowledge of his/her location.
2. The Defendant is a person who operates a commercial sex acts business establishment as set forth in heading 1406 and 1501 of Busan Jin-gu Btel, Busan.
The defendant received 120,00 won from a male grandchild who wants to engage in sexual traffic, and paid 80,000 won to female employees who have engaged in sexual traffic, and operated the above business on the condition that the defendant has a broker fee for the remaining 40,000 won.
On July 29, 2014, at around 23:20, the Defendant employed female employees E (n, 21 years of age), F (n, 19 years of age) from the above officetel 1406 and 1501, and arranged sexual traffic by sending text messages to many and unspecified persons to advertise sexual traffic business establishments “I have the right to written. I have the right to do so. I have the right to do so. I have the right to do so. I have the right to do so.”
