The defendant's KRW 500,000,000 and its amount shall be 7.4% per annum from January 3, 2019 to January 24, 2019.

On January 2, 2019, the Plaintiff lent KRW 500,000,00 to the Defendant on January 2, 2019 as the due date for payment on January 24, 2019; the interest rate of KRW 7.4% per annum; and the delay delay damages rate of KRW 14.8% per annum is not disputed between the parties; or is recognized by the statement of KRW 7-3.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest and delay damages calculated at the rate of 7.4% per annum from January 3, 2019, which is the day following the date of borrowing the loan sought by the Plaintiff, to January 24, 2019, and from January 24, 2019, at the rate of 14.8% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
