A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving C-Scar cars.

On April 21, 2013, at around 22:25, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the said car with a blood alcohol content of 0.169%, and proceeded from the two sides of the two sides with a high interest rate of 0.169%, which is in the morality of the former High interest group.

At this point, there is a central line, so there was a duty of care for those engaged in driving of motor vehicles to safely proceed along their own lanes.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant, while neglecting this, was driven by the victim D (W, 50 years old) who was driving in the opposite direction due to the negligent negligence of the center line, and received the front part of the left-hand part of the EP motor vehicle from the left-hand part of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, by such occupational negligence, the Defendant: (a) inflicted injury on the victim D, such as the left-hand bed, which requires approximately 12 weeks of treatment on the part of the victim F (the age 42) who boarded on the damaged vehicle; (b) inflicted injury on the cream, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks; and (c) inflicted injury on the victim G (the age 39) who boarded on the Defendant’s vehicle for about four weeks of treatment on the part of the victim G (the age 39), such as chest chills that require about four weeks of treatment; and (d) at the same time, the Defendant did not immediately stop the said Sctra car, which is owned by the victim H; and (d) did not take necessary measures such as immediately stopping the vehicle to rescue the victim; and (e) did not leave the Defendant’s vehicle at the site.
