A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who is engaged in driving of 31 ton of cargo vehicles by the defendant in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act;

2. On May 12, 2013, the Defendant violates the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) from the front of the road of the Defendant’s office located in I located in the west-gun of North Korea on May 21, 2013 to the front of the road.
