A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, each business interference with the victim C with each other on October 2014.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. From around 03:00 on September 5, 2014 to 03:30 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s musical business by force by avoiding disturbance, such as: (a) writing a letter increase in front of the settlement unit; (b) smoking a cigarette; and (c) returning a room in the singing room, on the ground that the victim E in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D2 does not have a baby; and (d) passing a tobacco, etc., on the ground that he does not have a baby, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s musical business by force.

B. On September 7, 2014, from around 24:00 to 24:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) made an appearance before the account book, obstructed the victim’s singing room business by force by having the victim feel a pipe of the door-to-door who had the door-to-door in the instant singing room in order to avoid a disturbance that the Defendant would give a cigarette, smoke a cigarette, and continue to do so; and (b) let the victim escape from the said singing room; and (c) obstructed the victim’s singing room business by force.

C. Defendant 2014

9. From 17:35 on the same day to 17:55 on the same day, at the I skin shop operated by the victim H in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the victim and her husband J on the ground that he/she was asked for the price, etc. of the massage site in the state of alcohol, but he/she received a request from the victim for a demand from the victim that he/she should report to the police, and thereby obstructing the victim’s business operation by force by getting the victim and her husband of the victim to throw away the disturbance out of the said skin shop.

On September 24, 2014, from around 21:40 to 21:45 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) reported 112 of the victim on the ground that the said victim was investigated by the police station for the same reasons as described in paragraph (c), and (b) reported 112, thereby obstructing the victim H’s business by force by avoiding any disturbance, such as finding out the said part-time shop again for the reason that the Defendant was investigated by the police station; and (b) opening the free door of the said part-time shop and leaving the victim out of it.
