1. The Defendants’ co-principals committed a mid-to-face purchase project with the post-on line that they came to know in the course of social life, and from June 2014, the Defendants engaged in a mid-to-face purchase project.

B knowing that the above smartphone is a stolen, he/she decided to move the stolen to the location of the purchaser with Defendant A, and dispose of the stolen goods. On September 30, 2014, he/she loaded the smartphone 51 points to the members of Ansan-si, the place of promise, and driven the NAS-si vehicle.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange the transfer of stolen goods that G purchased.
2. On September 30, 2014, around 22:20 on September 30, 2014, Defendant B driven a JN-si car without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 70km from the insular dong to the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si.
