A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of three million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. at the port branch of the Daegu District Court on June 15, 2009, and on August 10, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year by imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. at the Changwon District Court on August 10, 201 and violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic

On October 29, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at least 0.153% of blood alcohol concentration at around 22:07, driven BMW car at a section of approximately 70 meters from the front of “a church with a thickness,” which is located outside the city of Kimhae, to the front of the convenience store in the same region.
