A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 8, 2014, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol on 02:12, was on the part of the victim D, who was on the roof of the victim D’s house located in Ansan-gu C, Ansan-si, without any particular reason, invaded upon the victim’s residence.
