Punishment of the crime

At around 00:00 on January 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) took a look at the 'D'’’ from the main point of the trade name in Ansan-gu, Annyang-gu, the 112 report and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties by a police officer with respect to the duty of dispatch of a reported 112 report, where the patrol vehicle belonging to the E-gu, the Annyang-gu, the Police Station E-gu, the Mayang-gu, the Republic of Korea: (b) cut off the patrol vehicle to the right side of the said patrol vehicle without any particular reason; and (c) the guardF belonging to the said patrol vehicle was removed from the patrol vehicle; and (d) said police officer was removed from the patrol vehicle.
