The reasoning for this Court’s explanation is that the reasoning for this case is the same as that for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is intended to accept this as it is in accordance with the main text of Article 42

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of the principal lawsuit is justified within the scope of recognition, and the remainder of the principal lawsuit and the defendant's counterclaim are dismissed without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the defendant's appeal against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim is dismissed as it is so decided as per Disposition.
