1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of premise;

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant, on January 10, 204, as a broker of D on January 10, 2004, are 17,841 square meters (5,397 square meters, hereinafter referred to as “C salt farm”) in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do before subdivision from three other persons, E, etc.

(2) On April 6, 2004, the Plaintiff and the Defendant purchased 700,000,000 won [3,000,000 won per square day, 60,000,000 won for down payment, 300,000,000 won for intermediate payment (payment date February 10, 2004), and 340,000,000 won for remainder (payment date) (28, 2004). On April 6, 2004, 3,306, 2,311, G salt farm, 2,301 square meters, 2,312 square meters for G salt farm, 3,301 square meters for H salt farm, 2,311 square meters for 3,311 square meters for 30,311 square meters, J. 2, 2312, and 312 square meters for part of the remaining parcels owned by the Plaintiff and the Defendant to pay part of the money for sale.

3. Accordingly, as to the above C land, April 9, 2004

2. On July 9, 2004, the registration for transfer of ownership in L name due to sale, and on the F land;

6. The registration date of transfer of M’s ownership due to sale and purchase, and the same month on July 9, 2004 with respect to G land;

6. The defendant's transfer registration of ownership in N's name, and the transfer registration of ownership in the plaintiff's name as to H's land on June 18, 2004 on the grounds of sale and purchase on June 25, 2004, and each of the same years on August 3, 2004 with respect to land I and J land

6. Each transfer registration under the name of theO for sale, and as regards K land, April 9, 2004.

2. The registration of transfer of ownership in the P name was completed on the grounds of sale;

B. On March 25, 2004, the respective registrations of ownership transfer (each 1/2 shares) in the name of R and Defendant on the grounds of sale on March 23, 2004 with respect to Q salt farm 2,718 square meters (hereinafter “ Q salt farm”) including sale and purchase in Q salt farm, etc. The respective shares were acquired through consultation on the land for public use on April 18, 2007.
