A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 11, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) while drinking alcohol in front of the victim D (the age of 55) in the north-gu C market at the early port on October 11, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the work of the victims by the same seven times in total from the time to November 12, 2014 as indicated in the attached list of crimes, including interfering with the victim’s operation of the clothing store by force for about seven hours by preventing customers from entering the clothing store, on the ground that the victim was another location.
2. On November 12, 2014, the Defendant damaged the victim’s property in an amount equivalent to KRW 13,000 at the market by putting the victim’s G (n, 68 years of age) off the street room in front of the F agency located in the north-gu C market at the port of Port on November 14, 201.
3. Intimidation.
A. On September 1, 2014, around 08:00, the Defendant: (a) in front of “I” located in the northwest-gu, Mapo-gu, Mapo-si; (b) had the victim J (the 75 years old); (c) had the Defendant’s house located in the Defendant’s house and had the victim’s house cut down on the victim’s store on the right point; and (d) had the victim look at the victim’s house, “I wanted to look at. I want to do so, I will do so, and I would like to do so, I would like to do so, and I would like to do so.” At the same time, the Defendant detained the victim on the back of solitary and Nabs in which I displayed.”
B. On September 10, 2014, at the end of 10:0, the Defendant: (a) stated that “I” in front of the “I” located in the Northern-gu, Northern-gu, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, does not turn on the street, and, (b) provided that “I will do so. I will do so. I will do so if you do so at a time. I will do so. I want to die. I will do so)” and collected the medicine displayed by the victim.
