A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 14, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's netcheon Branch on August 14, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the net prison on June 17, 2014, and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the Gwangju District Court on May 18, 201.

On August 10, 2016, at around 20:50, the Defendant driven Cpoter cargo at approximately 0.185% of blood alcohol content in the section of about 3km from the front road of Soyang-si, Yanyang-si, Yanyang-si, the Yancheon-si, the Yancheon-si, to the front road of the Suyangyang-si, the Gpool-si, the Gpoter of which is under the influence of alcohol content.

As a result, the defendant was punished twice or more due to drinking driving and was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.
