A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a relationship between the victim C (ma, 36 years of age) and about three years of age, and the family attachment of the defendant repeats both the victim and the south due to the defendant's family attachment.

2. Around 01:00 on April 16, 2017, the Defendant transmitted the Defendant’s home of G at Yang-si with the Defendant’s cell phone images and photographs of sexual intercourse with the victim C, which were taken by using the Defendant’s cell phone, via the mobile phone I Messen, to H, who is the female life of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant provided the victim's body photographing material that could cause sexual humiliation or shame against the victim's will.
