1. Basic facts

A. The Defendants are members of the Housing Association in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, for the purpose of promoting the Housing Development Project (hereinafter “instant Housing Development Project”) that reconstructs an apartment of the size of the 15th underground floor and that of the 15th above ground on the land of Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant Housing Association”).
