1. The plaintiff's appeal against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

1. Basic facts

A. The details of registration of ownership transfer on each land indicated in the attached list 1) 174,545m2 (hereinafter “the forest before the division of this case”) of Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

On December 28, 1932, F forest was divided into F forest and I forest. The F forest was further subdivided into J and K forest on February 20, 1935, including land listed in Annex B paragraph (2) in Annex B, on February 15, 1941, G forest including land listed in Annex B, Annex B, on February 26, 1981, G forest was divided into M and N forest, and the remainder of F forest was further subdivided into land listed in Annex B, Paragraph (1) in Annex B. Meanwhile, on January 18, 1993, the forest was subdivided into land listed in Annex B and Annex B, and each of the instant land was modified into the land registered under the name of the State on January 20, 191, and each of the instant land was changed into the land registered under the name of the State on February 1, 193, and each of the instant land was registered under the name of the P net on March 26, 1981.

3) As to the land listed in Attachment List No. 1, on August 31, 1981, 1/2 shares in the net Q Q’s name was transferred to E on May 27, 1971 due to equity trading (E’s sole ownership).

) On February 21, 1990, E’s 4/5 shares in E’s ownership were transferred 1/5 shares each to R, S, T, and Defendant B on the grounds of sale on February 5, 1990. Meanwhile, on the grounds of sale on June 27, 2008, the 1/5 shares in E’s name were transferred to the Plaintiff on the grounds of sale on December 5, 1990; on June 30, 2009, the said 1/5 shares in S’s name were transferred to Defendant C, who were ASEAN on the grounds of donation on June 29, 2009; on the same day, the said 1/5 shares in T’s name were transferred to the Defendant D on the grounds of donation on the same day; on the land listed in paragraph (1) of attached Table 2/5 shares; on the grounds that the Defendants owned each 1/5 shares in Q 1/4 on the grounds of sale on the same day; and on the land listed No. 21/5 29/1/294.
