A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:05 on December 12, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.141% without obtaining a vehicle driving license over about about about 10 meters on the side of a girg apartment in the girget apartment in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, about 00:05.

The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), presented the first-class driver’s license certificate issued in the name of the Commissioner of the Jeonbuk Police Agency, which was in possession of a public document, as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s driver’s license, and presented it to the public document in order to be exempted from punishment due to a person requesting the presentation of a driver’s license, drinking, and non-driving.

On December 12, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) on December 12, 2013, in order to be exempted from punishment at the Daegu Job Police Station’s Office located in Seosung-dong, Seogu, Daegu, Daegu, the Defendant entered the instant police station’s name column in the driver’s name report, and signed H’s name next to the said report in order to be exempted from punishment.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant each forged one copy of the original entry report on certification of facts and the statement on the status of the principal entry driver, each of which was made in the name of H, a private document concerning certification of facts.

4. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and at the place specified in Paragraph 3, exercised the forged report, and the statement statement report, as if they were duly formed, to the said I, who was aware of the forgery.
