A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[2019 Highest 374] On January 20, 2019, the Defendant received a report on 112 to the effect that “the 3rd floor housing located in Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu, and the 112th floor of the 3rd floor of the 3rd floor, i.e., “the wald and the wald, the wald, and the wald, the wald and the wald,” and confirmed personal information from D, the Defendant took a bath at the time when he took the bath.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases by police officials.

On March 11, 2019, around 23:45, the Defendant committed the crime with regard to the Inspector H: (a) assaulted on the part of the first floor of “J Hospital” located in Busan, Busan, by having received a report from 112, that “a woman who frighting at a low time fright is broken off and frighting down at a low time” was sent to the site; (b) upon having requested the Defendant to check the circumstances of the case; and (c) upon having requested the Defendant to have the Defendant returned home, the Defendant committed the crime with the Defendant’s right-hand kick part with the Defendant’s own hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases by police officials.

[2019 Highest 1063] Any person shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, first-aid or medical treatment of an emergency patient by emergency medical personnel by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, force or other means, or destroy or damage medical facilities, equipment, medicines or other instruments for emergency medical services provided by a medical institution, etc.
