The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On February 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim by using the victim’s eye, hand, hand, etc. on the clock on the ground that the victim did not pay water leakage detection equipment and construction cost between the victim D and the victim D, who had been to detect water leakage in his/her own residence, Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu, 101 Dong 2407, on the ground that he/she did not pay water leakage detection equipment and construction cost.
