Punishment of the crime

The victim limited liability company C(Representative D) is a company engaged in the manufacturing business of research equipment, precision equipment, material inspection equipment, electronic measurement equipment, navigation test equipment, etc. in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E.

Defendant

A shall serve as a general manager and a general manager of the victim company from August 24, 1996 to March 31, 2014, and shall retire from office. From May 28, 2014 to March 15, 2016, F director, a person who served as a representative of G from March 15, 2016 to March 15, 2016, and Defendant B shall be F representative.

Defendant

A was a duty of disclosure of business data, which is a major business asset acquired while in office of the victim company, or is not used for any purpose other than the purpose of business of the victim company, and it was prohibited from unauthorized release of business data, which is a major asset of the victim company, for the purpose of his own interest.

Nevertheless, around March 2014, the Defendants: (a) left the victim company; (b) left the victim company; and (c) flow out the machinery manufacturing drawings, such as logos possessed by the victim company; and (d) flow out the F to the victim company’s e-mail; and (b) Defendant A, around March 27, 2014, leaked the entire LO files, which are the main business assets stored in the victim company’s Y’s e-mail, stored in the victim company’s e-mail, located in the victim company’s H company’s e-mail.

As a result, the Defendants conspired in violation of their occupational duties to acquire the amount equivalent to the “I” file, which is a major asset of the victim company, and at the same time inflict loss on the victim company equivalent to the same amount.
