Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to install a emission facility of air pollutants shall obtain permission from or report to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, who operates the “C”, a motor vehicle maintenance business shop located in Hanam-si, and installed air compressors, which is a motor vehicle storage facility in the size of 65.5 square meters and 5-mam capacity, to the said “C” from August 2013 to April 24, 2015 without reporting to the competent authority.
