A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:25, Sept. 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a rocketing car with a special public object; (b) while driving on a road in front of the 2155 Sports Park, the police officers belonging to the transportation control division of the Silung Police Station, who carried out drinking control on vehicles entering the city of Ansan-si to avoid control, the Defendant left the said vehicle behind the vehicle and escaped to the alley.

Accordingly, the traffic patrol vehicle 1 started to see the escape of the defendant, and the traffic patrol vehicle 2, which has been under the influence of drinking, has prevented and observed the paths expected to be the escape route.

At around 00:35 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to the front part of the Defendant’s car, which is an object dangerous to the patrol while driving the patrol car, as it is, a traffic patrol car No. 2 No. 4 of the above traffic patrol car driven by C, which was driven by C, to prevent the front part of the patrol car.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers, and at the same time damaged patrol cars used by public offices to be in excess of 673,00 won in repairing cost.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act driving the said car as a holder of B rocketing and other automobiles, the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, and at the place of the mandatory insurance.
