1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) is a dental clinic located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from August 6, 2013 to April 7, 2014.

A principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall also be deemed a principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On August 6, 2013, at the Dental clinic located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant received from the Plaintiff the ambalian surgery (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “instant surgery”) on the left-hand side of the 2th Daegu (Ma27) side of the ambalian surgery (in order to implant a ambale to patients lacking the ambal capacity, taking the bones into the ambale in the open space of the above ambalon) and the ambale transplantation surgery (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the instant surgery”).

B. At around 1999, the Defendant received the left-hand stable operation [Lt. ES (Edoscopic Surgery, urgery, and fluoral space inside the face)], and had no symptoms showing symptoms or having received treatment on the part of the instant surgery before receiving the instant surgery, and there was no dysty, oil, and pain around the surgery after receiving the instant surgery. In relation to this, the Defendant continued to receive the treatment from the Plaintiff, but did not protect the Plaintiff, and eventually removed the fys that had been planted by the instant surgery on January 9, 2014.

C. After the removal of the foregoing, the Plaintiff continued to undergo a close inspection with Einsia on April 12, 2014, and the Defendant was diagnosed and prescribed by Einsia on May 7, 2014, and received an Einsia test and prescription related to Einsia from Einsia on November 13, 2013 and April 18, 2014.

On June 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) hospitalized in a dental hospital of the Seoul National University; (b) discharged from June 24, 2014; (c) discharged him/her from his/her hospital from wing-type and phical he/she under the general anesthesia; and (d) was confirmed on June 27, 2014.

E. As to the instant treatment, the Defendant spent KRW 3,39,570 and medicine expenses of KRW 162,930; KRW 102,748 from Einology; KRW 96,938 from Einology; and KRW 138,780 from Einology medicine; and KRW 1,957,340 from Seoul University Hospital’s dental hospital for the instant treatment; and thereafter, the Defendant spent KRW 1,957,340 from Einology medicine.
