1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 23, 2015, the Plaintiff, a doctor who operates D’s source in Jeju City C and 2, received dental treatment from the Defendant as to the part on the right-hand side of the Hak (hereinafter “humn”) and subsequently, decided to plant the hump after the outbreak.

B. Accordingly, on November 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered flaps; (b) laid down flaps around the lower flaps; (c) decided to transplant flaps into the ging part of the part where the flaps are planted due to the weakening and loss of flaps around the lower flaps; and (d) planted flaps after planting flaps on March 2, 2016.

After the instant surgery, the Plaintiff appealed on the surgery department.

Accordingly, on March 12, 2016, the Defendant recommended the Plaintiff to remove eggs and recommended the removal of bones transplant on March 12, 2016. On March 21, 2016, the Plaintiff continued to appeal for pain, resulting in the Plaintiff’s continued appeal for pain, it appears that the bones transplantation of the bones was dried with the neute, and that the bones transplant was removed.

In addition, on April 4, 2016, upon the Plaintiff’s request, the Jeju University Hospital requested treatment to the Plaintiff on April 4, 2016, and the Jeju University Hospital also sent medical statements that removal of bones transplant may be considered.

From April 27, 2016, the Plaintiff received medical treatment at a dental hospital of Seoul National University (Seoul National University) without removing bones transplant, and caused damage to the right-hand neutism due to the bones transplant, thereby causing a nephical disorder over the upper right.

2. The assertion and judgment

A. The Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff suffered a weakening and elathm loss around the lower lapsium, and thus, the part where the bones transplant of bones has been weakened and the part where the elination of bones remains a elinated loss should be collected.
