Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for night vessel intrusion larceny at the Busan District Court, 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Busan District Court on November 9, 2009, and 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for night vessel intrusion larceny at the Busan District Court on January 30, 2012. On May 1, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Gwangju High Court on September 13, 2018.

On January 25, 2019, at around 15:33 on January 25, 2019, the victim B passed through a gate which has not been corrected on his own mind and went to the inside of the residence of the victim B.

B. On January 25, 2019, around 15:48, 2019, the victim D and the victim E entered the victim D and the multi-household in 15:48, and the victim E, with potential items to be stolen, and entered the victim E’s residence.

C. On January 25, 2019, around 16:00 on January 25, 2019, the Victim G and the Victim H Defendant passed through a gate, which was not corrected by the victim H, and entered the second floor’s residence warehouse.

2. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;
