A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C-A-hurd motor vehicle.

On August 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven the said vehicle without a driver’s license on August 22, 2017; (b) moved the two-lanes into the site between the two-lanes in the vicinity of the Manpo-gun’s rest area located south-gun, Gyeongnam-gun; (c) while driving the two-lanes from the mountain to the site, the Defendant changed the two-lanes to the first lane in order to pass the vehicle by the victim D(46 aged) who is going on the front side of the vehicle of the Defendant.
