G (H) From April 7, 2015, when hospitalized in the International Convalescent Hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), on August 2, 2015, G (H) transferred to the J Hospital (hereinafter “J Hospital”) due to the suspicion of dementia, and was diagnosed at the early stage, and was re-hospitalized to the Defendant Hospital on September 9, 2015.
G around 15:00 on February 23, 2016, around 15:00, was scheduled to receive physical treatment from the fourth floor to the first floor of the Defendant Hospital, but the elevator inspection led to a shock of head.

As a result of CT shooting, the two thalones on the right pel-dus line and the two thalones on the right pel-dus line were confirmed, thereby treating brain pressure down, blood pressure control, and prevention of merger.
G After being hospitalized on October 2016, G died due to marble shock by waste convergence at the Yangsansan National University Hospital on February 25, 2017 after undergoing the physical appraisal of the instant case on or around October 2016.
