1. On October 13, 2017, Defendant B purchased and sold 3/11 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.

1. The ground for the amendment to the plaintiff's assertion is stated in the annexed sheet;

(However, the applicant shall be regarded as the defendant.

2. However, the Defendants are deemed to have led to confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act because they do not clearly dispute the facts alleged by the Plaintiff.

Therefore, with respect to the Plaintiff, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, and Defendant F, with respect to the share of 3/11 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, are obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer based on each of the instant claims and the correction of the cause of the claim as to each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is justified.
