A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade marijuana, or smoke it.

1. The Defendant purchased and sold marijuana: (a) around 04:00 on June 4, 2012, in the Defendant’s passenger car parked in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul building, and (b) about 5g of marijuana contained in vinyls to D, and (c) KRW 400,000,000, out of the price of KRW 1 million, agreed to receive later and received KRW 600,000,000,000.

Accordingly, the defendant traded about 5 grams to D.

2. On July 16, 2012, at around 21:59, the Defendant: (a) received the payment of hemp KRW 900,000,000,000, including the payment of hemp 400,000,000 from D, from his/her own foreign exchange bank account; and (b) concealed approximately two grams of hemp contained in vinyl bats in the document bag around 12:00 on July 17, 2012 in the document bag, and delivered it to D using his/her home delivery.

Accordingly, the defendant traded about 2 grams to D.

3. Around December 21, 2012, the Defendant smoked by attaching approximately 0.3g of marijuana, which is 0.3g in paper, to the imprisonent club near the German youth hostel where he had stayed.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

4. On February 24, 2013, the Defendant smoked in the F clubs in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, with a fire of about 0.3g of marijuana 0.3 grams fat on paper.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.
