Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From December 10, 2017 to December 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) provided 'D’ games with juvenile game industry registration in Daejeon Dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, with the content of the note submitted at the time of classification of E; (b) stored the number of dud cards on the IC card inserted differently from the content of the note submitted at the time of classification of E; and (c) confirmed and deleted the dud card records stored in the IC card through an online device; (d) provided 10% of the rating of the screen on the background screen (such as box, ma, robots, U.S., and flying machines, etc.) provided the Mad Card with differential payment of the card to make it stored on the IC card available to many and unspecified customers; and (d) provided 0% of the e-mail results of the act of exchanging 10% of the e-mail with the content of the e-mail card received at the request of customers; and (e) provided 10% of the e-mail.
