A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violence;
A. Around 11:40 on January 13, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim C on the ground that the victim C(the age of 36, remaining) working for the head of the headquarters of the E Hospital (the age of 36) was locked, and that the Defendant was broken up and taken out of the hospital, thereby leaving the hospital, and that the victim’s right-hand turn down one time by walking the victim’s right-hand turn down and walked the victim’s hand at one time.
B. At around 21:00 on January 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim F on the ground that the victim F (the victim F (the 40-year-old and South), who is a staff member of H Hospital, has broken down himself/herself skeing at the 1st floor of the H Hospital located in the G in the Yannam-gun-gun of the Republic of Korea, on the ground that he/she has broken down himself/herself, and that he/she did not ske the said victim’s left sloping at one time with a bad hand, and that he/she walked his/her mouth at one time.
C. Around February 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim I (52 years old, South) working for the head of H Hospital’s department at the 1st floor of H Hospital located in G in the Haak-gun of the Y Hospital in the early 10:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim I on the ground that the victim I (52 years old, South) was out of the hospital, and the victim I (52 years old, South) left the hospital so that other patients or customers may sit and take away from the hospital so that he/she could sit, and he/she am out of the hospital. (b) On February 2, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim I at the first floor of H hospital in the Haak-gun of the Y Hospital in the middle of the Haak-gun of the Y Hospital in the middle of February 2015, the Defendant heardd the victim I (52 years old, 52 years old, and the victim’s after drinking.
On February 19, 2015, the Defendant committed assault against the victim J, on the ground that the victim J (39 years of age, women) was at the second-class ward room of H Hospital G located in the Haak-gun G in the middle of February 2015, and the victim said that the victim J (39 years of age, women) was at a different place, and that the victim was at another place.
