A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 18, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for injury, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on March 22, 2020.

1. Injury;

A. At around 17:00 on July 14, 2020, the Defendant, within the “C” located in YYYYY, and on the ground that D was unable to receive subsidies, etc. previously informed by D, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as an open wound and the number of days of treatment, such as an unexplosion, which require approximately two weeks of treatment, in consideration of the part of the victim’s entry into the blue blue, on the ground that D and C were to face to face, and that E and the victim F (E and 52 years of age) was demanded to go home.

나. 피고인은 2020. 8. 21. 11:05경 전남 화순군 G에 있는 ‘H’ 내에서, 피해자 I(남, 54세)가 피고인의 휴대전화를 바닥에 떨어뜨렸다는 이유로 화가 나 손으로 피해자의 얼굴을 수차례 때리고, 의자에 앉아 있던 피해자의 목을 잡아 뒤로 젖힌 채 손과 팔꿈치로 세게 누르고, 오른팔로 피해자의 목을 감싸 조르고, 주먹으로 피해자의 머리 부위를 수차례 때려, 피해자에게 치료일수 미상의 안면부 타박상 및 비(鼻)출혈 등의 상해를 가하였다.
