1. The Defendant’s KRW 88,97,080 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from May 27, 2015 to June 24, 2015.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On June 28, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the breeding of 30,000,000 won as the down payment with the Ampis Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Ampis”) and paid 30,000,000 won as the down payment. On the same day, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract for the sales of 39,000,000 won as the Defendant purchased from the Ampis and entrusted the raising of 30,000 won under the above contract with the Plaintiff, and 39,000,000 won as the principal amount of 39,00,000,000 won as 14 months after the date of the contract, and 9,000,000,000 won as the interest-type advance payment (hereinafter “the instant gift”).

B. On December 31, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for raising the two pigs, and paid 18,000,000 won as the down payment to the Pampling box. On the same day, the Defendant and the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the purchase of pigs from the Pampling box to the 18,00,000 won (381,000 won per heading 1 heading x 60 x 60 E) under which the Defendant purchased pigs from the Plaintiff and entrusted the raising of KRW 22,860,00 in accordance with the above contract, and return KRW 18,00,000 as principal from the date of the contract to 14 months after the date of the contract, and KRW 4,860,000 as the advance payment in the form of interest to be paid in 12 months.

C. On April 15, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the breeding of both pigss, and paid 12,000,000 won as the down payment to the head of the platform. On the same day, the Defendant purchased pigs from the head of the platform in accordance with the above contract and entrusted the raising of KRW 12,00,000 from the Plaintiff, and the Defendant purchased pigs from the Plaintiff in KRW 15,240,00 (381,00 per head of the platform x 40 x 15,240 x 40 ma), and the principal amount of KRW 12,00,000 out of the total amount of KRW 15,240,00 shall be returned after 14 months from the date of the contract, and KRW 3,240,000 as the advance payment in the form of interest.
