Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000 (No. 2,000).

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with labor for fraud, violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act, or embezzlement of stolen property, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 3, 2018.

1. At around 22:00 on the date at the end of December 2016, the Defendant discovered one of the victim C’s welfare cards and D(E) cards in the second floor of the building B in Busan, the 2nd floor of the building B, and embezzled by bringing them up.

2. On January 1, 2017, at around 03:00, the Defendant embezzled one resident registration certificate of the Victim F (Nam, 23 years old) in front of the “age post office” located in the Busan Slock-gu Clock-dong, Busan, by discovering one copy of the victim F (Seoul, and 23 years old) and taking them up.

3. From May 2017 to June 21:00 of the same year, the Defendant embezzled in a way that found the victim H (Nam, 43 years old)’s I card, one lottery ticket, one driver’s license, and five photographs, which were located far away from the frontway of the mobile phone agency located in Busan Seo-gu G, Busan, and took place.

4. From 15:00 to 16:00 as of the end of June 2017, the Defendant embezzled one cell phone of the victim L(V, 69 years old) who was on his own in the “K Burial” park located in the Busan Seo-gu J, Busan, by finding out one cell phone of the victim L(S, 69 years old) and bringing about it.

5. From July 2017 to August 12:00 of the same year, the Defendant discovered one DNA card (N) of the victim M(E, South and 18 years old) that was far away from the Gelburg in front of the Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City and embezzled by means of bringing them.

6. From around 12:00 on August 2017 to around 15:00, the Defendant embezzled one copy of the victim’s P University student certificate, resident registration certificate, and Q Q cards from the G Public Telephone Park Park in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, as of the end of August, 2017, and embezzled by discovering one copy of the victim’s P University student certificate, resident registration certificate, and Q card.

7. From around 12:00 to around 18:00 on the date of August 2017, the Defendant embezzled a victim’s name in a way that he/she would bring about a photograph of the victim due to his/her unknown name, which was far away from his/her front of the G Public Telephone Park in Busan-gu.
