A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Criminal facts
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On February 1, 2016, the Defendant collected wild marijuana leaves, which were located therein, from the dry field following C, for the purpose of smoking, and possessed them in a manner of keeping them in the E-O office in which the Defendant resides, by June 17, 2016, in a newspaper, at the end, until June 14:00.
2. At around 14:00 on August 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) issued marijuana in custody to F, as described in paragraph 1; and (b) traded marijuana by receiving and exchanging one for a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.03g of philopon from F.
3. At around 16:00 on August 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) administered a disposable injection machine with a volume of 0.03 grophones received from F in the office of the management of the F, one time in one way to its right arms; and (b) continuously collected and kept in custody, as described in paragraph (1), smoked in a way that the fiffs are sealed in a newspaper with a fluencing machine.
