1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving on a sound driving) at the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on November 30, 2010, and on November 8, 2013, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 6 million for the same crime at the Jeonju District Court on the same day on November 8, 2013. However, on March 30, 2014, the Defendant driven a FF car without a driver’s license for a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 100 meters from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si D to the front road located in the same Ri.

Probation and lecture attendance order Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act provides that there is no room for prior wife in that the same criminal records of sentencing in the case of the crime of this case even though the name was given to several times. However, the confession of the crime of this case has been divided, there is no criminal record exceeding suspended execution, and the defendant's age, character and conduct, and circumstances after the crime have been taken into account.
